Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 March 2026

At Wyrvona Desarrollos Colaborativos S.A. (‘Wyrvona’) we treat personal data with minimum collection, clear purpose and traceability. This document explains what data we use, why, on what legal basis and what rights you can exercise under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and the digital regulations applicable in 2026.

1. Data controller

The controller is Wyrvona Desarrollos Colaborativos S.A., Tax ID 30-71842095-3, registered at Av. Leandro N. Alem 855, Floor 14, CABA, Argentina. You may write to privacidad@wyrvona.com with any question about your data.

2. Data we process

We collect data you actively provide through the contact form (name, email and message), technical data generated by your browser (device type, language, referer, version) and aggregated behavioural data of the site when you grant consent to analytics cookies.

3. Purposes

We use your data to answer inquiries, notify you about published projects, keep the digital environment secure, measure aggregate site usage, comply with regulatory obligations and prevent misuse of the platform.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your free, prior, express and informed consent, on the pre-contractual execution of the relationship you initiate when contacting us and on Wyrvona’s legitimate interest to prevent fraud and secure service availability.

5. Transfers and processors

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with technology providers acting as processors (hosting, email tools, aggregated site measurement) under contract and equivalent security obligations. In 2026 no transfers to third parties for automated profiling take place without your additional consent.

6. International transfers

Some infrastructure providers may be located in countries with adequate protection according to the AAIP or under standard contractual clauses. If you object to those transfers, contact us and we will adjust your processing where technically possible.

7. Retention

We keep contact form data while an active contact relationship exists and up to 24 months after the last exchange, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies. Technical security records are kept for up to 12 months.

8. Rights

You can exercise access, rectification, deletion, objection and update rights by writing to privacidad@wyrvona.com. We respond within a maximum of 10 calendar days. You may also file complaints with the Agency of Access to Public Information (AAIP).

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, access control, least privilege principle and continuous monitoring. No system is infallible, so we work with periodic reviews and incident response plans.

10. Changes

We may update this document to reflect regulatory changes or internal improvements. The current version is always published here, with its last update date.
